From Lexington, Kentucky, Chief Warrant Officer Bill Hilliard is flying his second year with the Silver Eagles.  Last year's "Lead Solo" CW2 Hillard was chosen to fly "Bozo" for the bicentennial year.  CW2 Hilliard graduated from flight training in 1970 and since has logged more than 2500 flight hours with more than 850 combat hours.  He has a degree in Aviation Management from Troy State University, Troy, Alabama.
